For New Patients:

• Please schedule a New Patient Exam (NPE), which includes your consultation, a comprehensive exam, and your first adjustment (if clinically appropriate). You can expect your NPE to last approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.

• A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking and will be applied toward your NPE. A card must be placed on file to secure your appointment.

  ▸ Appointments canceled within 12 hours of the scheduled time will incur a $50 late cancellation fee.

  ▸ No-shows or failure to cancel in advance will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

• After booking, please check your email for digital intake forms. These must be completed no later than 2 hours before your scheduled NPE.

For Established Patients:

• Select any available time slot for your 15-minute adjustment session.

• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or appointment changes.

  ▸ Cancellations made within 12 hours of your scheduled visit will be charged a $50 late cancellation fee.

Payment Information: We operate on a cash/card payment basis and do not process insurance claims. However, HSA/FSA cards are gladly accepted.
